Can I add more stretch goals to my pledge?

If you are a backer of our campaign on Kickstarter: Yes, most of the stretch goals are available in the Add-Ons section, you can add all the ones you want. The stretch goals are one set (from each stretch goal applicable) for each pledge, in no case there are duplicates. Those that are not in the Add-Ons section were exclusive for the Kickstarter campaign, and you already have them included in your pledge! (Stretch goal levels are according to each level of pledge)

If you missed our campaign on Kickstarter: The free stretch goals are exclusive for the backers of the campaign on Kickstarter, but don’t worry, in the Pre Order Store, in Backerkit, you have most of the stretch goals available to get them as Add-Ons.

If my pledge is ADD-ONS PASS (1€), can I add Add-Ons?

Yes, with your contribution of 1€, you have access to choose the Add-Ons you want. All you have to do is choose from the Add-Ons section and increase the total amount of all the Add-Ons you want to your current contribution.

Example: You want to add 3 “Extra Undead Awakens” (3 x 4€) + 1 pack “Bunch of Bones” (4€) + 2 “Graveyard Obelisks A” (2 x 5€), so you have:

Pledge ADD-ONS PASS = 1€ 3 Extra Undead Awakens = 12€ 1 Bunch of Bones = 4€ 2 Graveyard Obelisks = 10€ TOTAL AMOUNT = 27€  » this would be the total amount of your contribution

Will shipping costs be paid after the campaign? Can you explain more about the shipping costs and methods of shipment?

Yes, the shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the campaign according to the number of Free Stretch Goals achieved and the Add-Ons that each backer add, and will be paid separately. After the end of the campaign, we will inform you of the exact shipping costs. Later we will inform you through an update of the payment method or pledge manager that we will use.

Please check the shipping section in the campaign to have an ESTIMATED amount. We think that the shipping costs will be very similar to those indicated in the shipping section, but until the end of the campaign the final amounts will not be confirmed, and those that are now are ESTIMATED costs.

The shipping costs do not include customs fees or any special tax that may apply in some countries of destination outside the European Union. Shipping worldwide.

METHODS OF SHIPMENT ACCORDING TO THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION:

■ Spain, United States and Canada ■

For greater security, all shipments will have a tracking number.

■ Europe (except Spain), America (Except USA and Canada), Asia, Oceania, Africa ■

You can choose between Standard Shipping (without tracking number) and Shipping with Tracking Number.

  • Standard Shipping: This option is WITHOUT TRACKING NUMBER, in case of any incident with the package we cannot ask for information from the transport company or open a claim. So, we cannot take responsibility in case of an incident during the transit of the package, or if the postal service loses it.

  • Shipping WITH TRACKING NUMBER: With the tracking number we can request information from the transport company in case of any incident with the package, and open a claim if necessary.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
